The TRX equipment at Cormeen Sports Complex includes individual nylon straps hung from the balcony of the sports hall with hand and foot attachments.
During this evenings 7pm class you will perform upper and lower body exercises that activate your core & allow you to improve flexibility, balance and core stability using your own body weight!!!
You yourself are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Therefore our TRX class benefit people of all fitness levels !
